WHAT IS GAY MENS UBERYOGA?

Gay Mens Uberyoga is a global community of gay yoga teachers teaching yoga to all men in every corner of the world. 

Uberyoga is a online platform that allows students anywhere in the world to connect and practice yoga live online with other students with a qualified GMU Teacher of their choice, culture, language,  ………..(words) anywhere in the world through a unique 2-way, real time, unrecorded, social, meaningful, interactive video experience.

The aim is to  inspire health, fitness, movement, and friendship( if desired) amongst the participants.

Yoga is an awareness of self. Bringing together our two worlds. Our inner world and the outer world around us. This is achieved through the connection of self-discovery.

GMU is for anyone and everyone that is seeking to practice yoga and wanting to create a positive change in themselves and their lives with the understanding that a positive change starts within.

Our community is made of Certified Yoga Teachers that embody the core values of GMY—personal health of mind and body, kindness, compassion, empathy, avoidance of ego and judgment of self and others. GMU Teachers go through a highly selective process, making sure all teachers are undergone a registered training course from all hemispheres of the globe.

HOW DOES GAY MENS UBERYOGA WORK?
GMU students can sign up for a practice by viewing and choosing a teacher of their choice and/or selecting a day, time, language and  level and style that works for you. There are no subscriptions for students, and all classes are an experience between you and your Gay Mens Uberyoga teacher.

WHAT MAKES GMY UBERYOGA DIFFERENT FROM OTHER ONLINE YOGA PLATFORMS?

GMU is a real time connection with your teacher.  With GMU you have the choice to practice privately or within a group with a teacher that delivers real time personalization, alignment, encouragement, feedback and correction.

All classes are a minimum of 60 minutes in order to guide students through a complete practice focused on the physical mental emotional and spiritual depending on the teacher you choose and their teaching. Choose a teacher that works with what you are looking for in a yoga class at the level relevant to you.

WHAT TYPE OF EQUIPMENT WILL I NEED?

A Good internet connection, a laptop with a camera and speaker (one per student), a yoga mat, you can use wireless earphones and a space that allows you to be fully within the lens when arms are extended and mat is positioned sideways facing the screen .
