Sunday Group Yoga Workshops provide a relaxed and supportive environment where men of all experience levels can learn together. Private Yoga Workshops are available throughout the week and can be tailored to individual goals, whether that is completing a beginner's course in a day, refining an existing practice or exploring a particular area of yoga. Dedicated Meditation and Pranayama Workshops are also available.
